The Provider sells online and in-person yoga classes, and related passes (one-off and automatically renewing monthly/period passes) through the website. Exact prices and pass contents are set out in the site's current offering.
Registering/logging in to My Account is passwordless, using a single-use login code (OTP) sent by email. The user is responsible for the security of their own email account, since login relies on it.
Listed prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF). Payment is made by card through the SimplePay (OTP Mobil Kft.) online payment provider. The Provider does not have access to, and does not store, card details — these are handled exclusively by SimplePay under their own security standards. For recurring (auto-renewing) passes, the payment provider stores a secure card reference (token) needed for repeat charging on the Provider's behalf.
Passes marked as such renew automatically once the stated period (e.g. 30 days) elapses, and the card is charged again for the pass fee, until the user cancels it. Cancellation can be done any time, without giving a reason, with one click in My Account on the "Pass / purchase" page. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the already-paid period; no further charge is made afterwards. If a charge fails, the system automatically suspends the pass after several attempts, and the Provider will contact the user.
Classes can be booked through the website, subject to availability. To cancel or change a booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email: kriszta@kriyoga.hu.
Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of consumer-business contracts, a consumer purchaser is generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. For digital/online services, this right lapses once the user has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal after full performance of the service. To withdraw, please email: kriszta@kriyoga.hu.
Complaints are handled primarily at kriszta@kriyoga.hu. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the consumer is entitled to turn to the competent conciliation board, or to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
